Jackie ask me to buy breakfast for them this morning. 2 chicken pie, one coffee with milk and the other without was their order.
Dear called me while I was walking to the hotel. Actually, we planned to go Malaysia tomorrow to get the dinner set for his friend. But upon 2nd thoughts, tomorrow will be a very crowded day. Singaporeans will be there at the check-point, creating a long queue. They will also fill the shopping malls in Johor. Decided not to go then. Thought of going on one of the weekdays. But I am not able to because I have to work!!! We decided on him going to buy it on Monday and me wrapping it up on Friday night. =)
Our line got disrupted. Took the chance to call Jackie to tell her I will be slightly late. Did not pick up Dear's call while I was ordering the chicken pie. Thought of calling him back only after I got all their breakfast. However, he called me again immediately after the 1st call. Picked it up then. He thought I had fell, that is why I did not pick up his call. Silly you dear.
David was the cashier at Qi Ji. Just ordered the coffee and continue talking to Dear. Only to realise that I asked something wrong. I wanted a cold coffee without milk. But i said, "A cold coffee without ice."
Just after lunch, received a call from Ritz Carlton. They asked me to go for an interview next week. I rejected at 1st as I thought I will stay in Marina Mandarin. After 2nd thoughts, I called them back. Asked them what position are they offering me. Business Centre Executive was it. Asked them if they had other position. They told me about the Guest Relations Officer. Anyway, I have arranged an interview on Tuesday at 10.30am. Wonder if I should change job if I get it. It may reflect badly on me though. It seems like I change job in every 7 months. We shall see how things go then. The 2 positions offered does not seem very attractive to me though. But if they can pay me well, if Dear got selected, maybe I will consider.
Asked them for management position in the Front Office Department. They are looking for a Supervisor as well. Minimum requirement would be 2 months. Recommended Dear to go for it. We are scheduled on the same day, at the same time.
At 4pm, all left except Adeline. Jackie, Rebecca and Ein Ein went to the food fair. Adeline left at the same time as me. While waiting for 6pm to come, I surfed the web to find how the $25 note look like. Gotcha!!! Found it!!! Printed it out as well to show Adeline.
Went to Suntec City to look for Jackie and Rebecca for dinner. Went to have steamboat in a Chinese restaurant. The food is not bad though. Showed them the print-out as well. Going to show Ein Ein as well on Monday.
After dinner, did abit of shopping. Tried calling Dear many times to tell him the news. I am more excited than him. He called me at 8.30pm, when he just woke up. I was shopping for a pair of sandals then. Could not talk much to him as well as Rebecca was with me.
After buying the sandals, called him back and told him about it. We were heading home then.
Called Millie to go downstairs to meet me as I wanted to go and collect the CPU from the computer shop. Came back, fixed it and here I am, blogging again.
Should I go gym or cycling tomorrow? Dear just called and say he will go cycling with me tomorrow... Shall we?
